Livspace is looking for a seasoned and highly skilled Interior Designer to lead our residential projects from start to finish. As an Award-Winning Interior Designer - Residential Project Lead, you will be responsible for creating exceptional design experiences for our clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and results-driven individual to own the entire client project lifecycle, from initial consultations to final project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in designing bespoke interiors for residential clients.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure by crafting compelling design presentations that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication and timely completion of projects.
  • Leading and owning the quality and accuracy of design deliverables, including conceptual designs, technical drawings, and modular planning.
  • Coordinating with internal and external agencies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Creating Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for clients and coordinating with vendors to meet project timelines.
  • Demonstrating excellent sales skills by crafting logical and trusted sales pitches that drive sales closure and build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Interior Design or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of academic education.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a proven track record of delivering successful residential projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of design tools, including PPT presentation, AutoCAD, and other software relevant to the industry.
  • Expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, and civil works & services.
  • Strong behavioral attributes, including result orientation, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp and meaningful communication, and a willingness to learn and drive performance among team members.
