At Livspace, we're building the world's first end-to-end interior design platform in India. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our franchise network across designated regions.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or sales. A proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding, and target achievement is essential.

Your responsibilities will include market identification, team management, lead generation, area visits, and franchise conversion. You'll work closely with assigned team members to collect and analyze leads, provide guidance and training, and ensure alignment with our franchise selection criteria.

You'll also be responsible for planning and executing weekly visits to potential franchise areas, pitching our franchise model to prospective partners, and facilitating the onboarding process.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, and a willingness to travel extensively.
