Strategic Business Development Leader for Wood Working Adhesives

We are a leading manufacturer of wood working range of water-based Adhesives D2, D3 and Membrane Adhesives.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager - Business Development to oversee the growth and expansion strategies for our wood working range of water-based Adhesives D2, D3 and Membrane Adhesives.
Main Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion for our wood working range of water-based Adhesives D2, D3 and Membrane Adhesives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Partnerships and Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage business development projects from inception to completion.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead generation, and sales strategies.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the business development team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and ROI for business development activities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on business development activities, performance, and progress to senior management.
- Education: BSC / BTech Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in business development of wood working range of water-based Adhesives D2, D3 and Membrane Adhesives.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts and deals with clients and partners.
- Leadership and Management: Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and driving performance.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹40 Lakhs - ₹60 Lakhs per annum.
