Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager - Business Development to oversee the growth and expansion strategies for our wood working range of water-based Adhesives D2, D3 and Membrane Adhesives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion for our wood working range of water-based Adhesives D2, D3 and Membrane Adhesives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Partnerships and Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage business development projects from inception to completion.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead generation, and sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the business development team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and ROI for business development activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on business development activities, performance, and progress to senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: BSC / BTech Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in business development of wood working range of water-based Adhesives D2, D3 and Membrane Adhesives.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed decisions.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts and deals with clients and partners.
  • Leadership and Management: Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and driving performance.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is ₹40 Lakhs - ₹60 Lakhs per annum.
