About the Role:

The ideal candidate will focus on nurturing strong relationships with dealers and distributors, understanding market dynamics, and driving sales growth in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a robust dealer and distributor network.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Developing and executing effective sales plans to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in the building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of managing dealer and distributor networks.
