Sales Representative

**Calling all driven sales professionals**
VTR Industries, a leading manufacturer of premium WPC/PVC boards, frames and doors, is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving growth and expanding our market reach across the construction and interior design industries.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, architects, builders, and retail store owners.
- Generate qualified leads through proactive prospecting and networking activities.
- Conduct insightful product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the advantages of VTR's WPC/PVC boards, frames, and doors.
- Negotiate and close B2B sales, securing new accounts and maximizing existing client partnerships.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain excellent customer service.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Travel extensively (100% travel) to clients across the designated region.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or interior design industries. (freshers with good Communication can also be considered)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of the construction and interior design landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM software and relevant technology tools.
- Fluency in Hindi & Thora English (both written and spoken) is essential.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
