**Job Title:** Franchise Development Manager

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Franchise Development: Identify potential franchise partners in target locations, evaluate prospects based on company standards and criteria, and initiate and manage negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes.
  2. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve franchise sales targets, conduct market research to understand regional demands and competitive landscape, and build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.
  3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners, provide ongoing support to ensure franchisee success and alignment with brand standards.
  4. Training and Development: Oversee initial franchisee onboarding and training programs, ensuring franchisees are well-versed in operational standards, brand guidelines, and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of franchise business models and experience in franchise sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
