**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at LTIMindtree, providing expert support for Kronos Workforce Management solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in the industry, supporting the implementation and maintenance of Kronos Workforce Central v7.x/v8.x.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support for Kronos Workforce Central v7.x/v8.x, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Working closely with the automation team to identify opportunities for automation and implementing process improvements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and provide high-quality support.
  • Maintaining accurate records of incidents, problems, and resolutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest features and releases of Kronos Workforce Central v7.x/v8.x.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Kronos Workforce Central v7.x/v8.x, with a strong focus on configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working in a customer-facing environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
