Technical Support Specialist

About Us: Equinox is a dynamic and fast-paced company that values its customers. We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, providing solutions to their technical issues.
- Maintain open communication with customers throughout the issue resolution process.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to provide first-contact resolution for customers.
- Evaluate issues and escalate them to the next level of support when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to established processes and timelines to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure all customer responses are prompt, courteous, and accurate.
- Solve complex queries, manage difficult customers, and handle grievances efficiently.
- Utilize analytical and troubleshooting skills to achieve individual goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-12 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduate degree.
