Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at DP World Australia. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to global vendors on registration processes, profile management, requalification procedures, and portal navigation.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centric outcomes and value-driven solutions.
Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to global vendors on various aspects of our systems and processes.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical issues related to registration processes, profile management, requalification procedures, and portal navigation.
- Online Tenders: Respond promptly and accurately to online tenders (RFQs), ensuring timely submissions.
- Document Control: Facilitate invoice creation and maintain meticulous attention to detail in document control processes.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of technical systems and processes.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum.
