As an Account Manager on our Inside Sales team in Bangalore, you will have the opportunity to deliver outstanding results and make a lasting impact.
You will be responsible for selling Dell's products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing ones. You will support the field sales leader while working collaboratively in a team environment towards shared goals.
Your key objectives will include:
- Achieving targets by utilizing outbound calling, consultative, and influencing selling techniques to drive results for Dell, our distributors, and customers.
- Maintaining strong business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, provide product information, and offer technical specifications, quotations, and tenders.
- Managing low-to-medium complexity sales, including limited sales of servers, networking, and storage, in addition to PCs and package software.
- Responding to inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers.
- Collaborating closely with outside sales representatives and distributors to identify new opportunities.

- 4-6 years of relevant experience, accompanied by a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $85,000-$115,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
