Job Overview

In the role of Enterprise Sales Professional at Grid Dynamics, you will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach in India. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Business Development Manager. With a proven track record of success in managing sales in a corporate setting, you will have the ability to travel at least 20% of the time to meet with clients and grow business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and extend the company's reach in India.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
- Manage several customer accounts within a business and help drive revenue for them.
- Ensure each department meets the needs of their clients and customers.

Requirements

- Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Superb leadership ability.
- Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
