Our MissionWe have leveraged technology to lead payment disbursals in India with more than 50% market share among payment processors. Our products enable more than 100,000 businesses with payment collections, vendor payouts, wage payouts, bulk refunds, expense reimbursements, loyalty, and rewards. We are used in eight other countries including USA, Canada, and UAE.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for new client acquisition and conversion of leads within the specific categories assigned. You will prepare short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies to consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- New client acquisition and conversion of leads within the specific categories assigned.
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies.
- Consistently achieving revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Customer relationship management.
- Building and managing outbound business development pipelines.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 6-12 years of experience in the fintech industry preferably in online payments. You should also have relevant experience in new client acquisition and hunting roles. A strong understanding of the payments space, preferably in the BFSI category (FinTech's, Lending MF, Stock Broking, Insurance), is essential. SAAS enterprise sales catering to Lending and Investment categories, Credit Bureaus also preferred.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹20,00,000 per annum, considering the location and industry standards. This figure may vary based on individual qualifications and performance.
