The ideal candidate will thrive in an ambiguous environment, developing, implementing, and iterating on business strategies to deliver growth and positive experience for sellers. They should be hands-on, detail-oriented, have relentlessly high standards, and operate as a business owner who understands key levers to achieve results through their team.

This role requires the ability to manage and deliver against complex goals where strategy is not defined, making tradeoffs between short-term seller needs and longer-term strategic investment. The candidate will also use customer feedback, market growth trends, and analyze key metrics to contribute to strategic development of features and programs that accelerate seller growth and improve their experience working with Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to goal setting for your team to align with organizational goals
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve the end customer-seller experience
  • Manage and deliver against complex goals where strategy is not defined
  • Use customer feedback, market growth trends, and analyze key metrics to contribute to strategic development of features and programs

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of sales experience
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India and exposure to prior interactions with sellers and distributors
