About the Role
The Sales Growth Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization by directly contributing to sales from the office. This position is responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients. The Sales Growth Strategist contributes significantly to building lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers by providing product demonstrations and information.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM database.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to individual client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving revenue growth through account retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and industry trends.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team objectives.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to improve performance.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market dynamics.
- Assist in conducting product training sessions for new clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales or related sales experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong communication skills, both Hindi and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation skills and persuasive abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term relationships.
- Willingness to continuously learn about new products and industry developments.
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- A self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
