About the Role
This is a fast-paced environment that requires an energetic and highly motivated individual to work with a wide range of businesses. As an ecommerce account strategist, you will be responsible for helping new and existing advertisers understand the scope within Amazon Advertising programs to grow their business. You will analyze account performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimization solutions to increase efficiency and meet client KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onboarding and optimization support through one-on-one education and online trainings
- Set up and optimize campaigns for new and existing advertisers
- Analyze account performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimization solutions
- Work with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions to troubleshoot technical or implementation issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in digital marketing or related streams
- Proven work experience of 4-6 years in sales and marketing efforts
- Prior experience of managing global clients along with owning up their individual performance goals
- Superior verbal and written communication skills as demonstrated by experience
