Job Description:
As an Account Strategist at Zluri, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding our strategic accounts. You will be responsible for building long-term partnerships, driving customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the success of our customers with Zluri's solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of assigned key accounts and act as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring they achieve value from Zluri's products and services.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure high retention rates and smooth contract renewals.
- Develop account strategies and action plans to achieve business objectives and client satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any account-related issues promptly to maintain strong customer trust.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure client success.
- Monitor account performance metrics and provide data-backed recommendations for improvement.
Qualification and Experience:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is required. 4-6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales in a SaaS or B2B environment is necessary. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. Ability to understand complex SaaS solutions and translate customer needs into actionable strategies is also required.
