Job Summary

At Play Arena, we seek a highly skilled Sales Coordinator Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for communicating with customers via phone and email, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide information to customers in a calm and patient manner, capturing their requirements accurately.
  • Reduce the number of missed calls by ensuring all calls are addressed on the same working day.
  • Capture and convert a high ratio of enquiries received into confirmed bookings, with a focus on upselling and providing alternatives to customers.
  • Maintain a database of all customer enquiries and bookings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate events and ensure timely communication with stakeholders and other departments.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain quality and attention to detail.
  • Preferred skills include customer orientation, teamwork, communication skills, and taking initiative.
