Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

About the Role:

  • As a Key Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customers in the region/geography assigned. This is primarily an office-based job, and your responsibilities will involve customer contact over telephone or email. In exceptional cases, you may need to visit the customer.
  • You will report to the National Key Account Manager and work as part of a multi-functional team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing existing customer relationships
  • Customer retention and satisfaction
  • Annual contract renewal with price increase negotiation
  • Collection / DSO management to ensure timely payments
  • Sales growth through up-selling and business development from new customers
  • Market survey and competitor analysis to identify gaps in services
  • Providing customer feedback to support the service team
  • Performing other work-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Key Result Areas:

  • Customer (Revenue) retention of 95%+
  • On-time customer contract renewal of 100%
  • Price increase from existing customers as per target set
  • Manage collection and DSO as per targets set

Requirements

Competencies essential to this role:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, or customer care. Experience in managing key accounts will be highly valued.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Good communication – both verbal and written
