About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cloud Sales Director to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives, leveraging your expertise in cloud solutions to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle to achieve assigned targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive pipeline generation, working closely with the Business Development team.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, delivering on Oracle's growth expectations in Tech Solutions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A solid track record in selling public and private cloud, big data, and analytics solutions to corporations and SMEs in multiple industries.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities to closure.
  • The ability to nurture customer relationships, understand their unique business realities to develop strategies and enhance Oracle's share of the market.

What We Offer:

  • A base salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
