Cloud Sales Director for Government Services in Western India

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Sales Director to lead our efforts in the government services sector in Western India. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented sales professional to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
About YouYou will be responsible for identifying cloud and data center services opportunities in the Western Region, managing Enterprise, SMB & Government Accounts sized projects, and driving Healthy Sales Pipelines. Your role will involve advancing and closing sales opportunities through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap, leading negotiations and overcoming objections for deal closure, preparing sales forecasts, and meeting order books and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
- Leverage and enhance partner relationships to drive additional value and revenue.
- Actively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
- Lead designated region, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
- To work and network extensively in the external world at all levels, including with potential clients, clients, regulators, policy formulators, competitors, consultants, etc., as part of the business development activity.
This role requires a result-oriented individual with solid understanding of cloud services like Azure/AWS/GCP, cloud firewalls, cloud data storage, cloud storage, data sharing related technologies. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in IT Sales - Government Vertical selling cloud and data center services, public/private cloud services in western region.
