**Job Title:** Cloud Sales Director for IT and ITES
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Sales Director to lead our sales initiatives specific to the IT & ITES vertical in India.
**Company Overview:** Jio Platforms Limited is a leading telecommunications company that offers cloud solutions to various industries, including banking, financial services, and insurance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our cloud solutions sales strategy, building strong client relationships, and promoting our cloud offerings across the IT & ITES sector.
**Estimated Salary:** ₹2500000 - ₹5000000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored for the IT & ITES vertical to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the IT & ITES sector, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the IT & ITES sector.
- Solution Selling: Drive the adoption of cloud solutions by understanding customer needs and aligning our offerings with their business objectives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling value propositions and enhance service delivery.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales data to refine sales processes and drive continuous improvement.
**Qualifications:** We seek a highly experienced individual with a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred. The ideal candidate should have at least 15-20 years of experience in cloud sales, with a strong focus on the IT & ITES sector and 3-5 years of experience in leading sales teams in India. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, and strong leadership skills are essential.
