Cloud Sales Director for West Region

Job Overview
Arting Digital Private Limited seeks an experienced Cloud Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the West Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of delivering results in direct IT product or services sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling cloud services, particularly in AWS Cloud services, and a strong background in account management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs in key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with ISV/OEM /AWS BDMs to extend reach and drive adoption of our cloud services.
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure timely collections.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to launch account-specific plans, workshops, and engagement programs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in direct IT product or services sales.
- Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts through leading outbound prospecting teams.
- Experience in selling cloud services, particularly in AWS Cloud services.
- Leadership skills, including ability to work independently, build relationships, and respond quickly.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Accurate, nuanced, direct, and kind messaging.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is ₹15 lakhs - ₹20 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
