Regional Head West Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Head West to lead our cloud services sales efforts in the Western Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Western Region.
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise and SMB accounts, focusing on government sales.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on government vertical selling cloud and data center services.
  • Proven track record of success in cloud services sales, with expertise in Azure/AWS/GCP, cloud firewalls, cloud data storage, and data sharing technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
