Cloud Sales Director for IT

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Sales Director to lead our sales initiatives in the IT & ITES vertical. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a sales strategy tailored for this sector, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence.

Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is ₹1500000 - ₹3000000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the IT & ITES sector.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the IT & ITES sector.
- Solution Selling: Drive the adoption of cloud solutions by understanding customer needs and aligning our offerings with their business objectives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling value propositions.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales data to refine sales processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in cloud sales, with a strong focus on the IT & ITES sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies relevant to the IT & ITES industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
