Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹1500000 - ₹3000000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the IT & ITES sector.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the IT & ITES sector.
  5. Solution Selling: Drive the adoption of cloud solutions by understanding customer needs and aligning our offerings with their business objectives.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling value propositions.
  7. Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales data to refine sales processes.
  8. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 15-20 years of experience in cloud sales, with a strong focus on the IT & ITES sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies relevant to the IT & ITES industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
