**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Sales Head to spearhead our sales initiatives specific to the IT & ITES vertical. The ideal candidate will drive our cloud solutions sales strategy, build strong client relationships, and promote our cloud offerings across banking, financial services, and insurance sectors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the IT & ITES vertical to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the IT & ITES sector, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the IT & ITES sector.
- Drive the adoption of cloud solutions by understanding customer needs and aligning our offerings with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling value propositions.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales data to refine sales processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in cloud sales, with a strong focus on the IT & ITES sector and 3-5 years of experience in leading sales teams in India.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and solutions relevant to the IT & ITES industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
