Job Brief:

We are seeking a highly skilled and competitive Field Sales Representative to join our team at Right Head India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, attracting new clients, and closing sales in the Logistics Cargo Industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Forecast sales and develop innovative sales strategies/models to evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Evaluate customer skills, needs, and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets by using various customer sales methods, such as cold calling and presentations.
  • Research accounts and generate or follow up on sales leads.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to stay updated on the latest developments.
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
  • Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory.
  • Need to have ERP/SAP experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using vlookup and pivot tables.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with additional work if needed.
  • Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and ability to make new sales with customers, including add-on services.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking skills, with a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to assist in all sales and marketing campaigns as needed.
