Job Title: Cloud Business Head
Job SummaryLarsen & Toubro is seeking a seasoned Cloud Business Head to lead our cloud solutions division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve revenue targets and drive market expansion.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and team performance.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and procurement decision-makers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Customer Engagement: Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through effective communication, solution selling, and value-based consulting.
- Performance Metrics: Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: Total years of experience should be 15-25 years.
- Sales Experience: 5-6 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Cloud Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Hyperscale or public cloud sales, with a deep understanding of Cloud services, solutions, and value propositions.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans, drive business development initiatives, and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Results-Oriented: Results-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional value and driving customer success.
- Certifications: AWS/Azure/Google certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred.
