About the Role:

The Sales Operations Executive plays a key role in driving strategic business planning and growth initiatives through the design of sales processes and leveraging of sales productivity tools. They work closely with the sales organization to identify issues and rectify them by collaborating cross-functionally with other departments. The Sales Operations Executive is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets. They analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. They collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities. They monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. They manage and optimize sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion. They coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. They provide training and support to sales teams on product knowledge and CRM systems. They develop and maintain sales forecasting models and tools to support accurate sales projections.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role. Minimum 1 year experience and not more than 4 years.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.
  • Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM).
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize.
  • Passion for sales and operational development.
