About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to actively sell insurance products while supporting our team in managing sales processes and enhancing client relationships. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in selling insurance to drive operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet insurance sales targets
- Oversee daily operations related to insurance sales, including client onboarding and relationship management
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive business growth
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
