About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Pune, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth;
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to inform business decisions;
  • Proficiently using CRM software to track performance and manage leads;

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in the trade industry;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;

Salary and Benefits
