About the Role
This is a full-time position based in Pune, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth;
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to inform business decisions;
- Proficiently using CRM software to track performance and manage leads;
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in the trade industry;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities;
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
Salary and Benefits
