Sales Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our North India team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage sales pipeline of new clients and opportunities across various domains.
- Drive overall deal closure and revenue growth through accurate forecasting and commitments for the North India market.
- Partner with C-Level executives within accounts to drive business outcomes.
- Build and execute account strategy for revenue growth and expansion.
- Lead contract discussions/negotiations.
- Institute training and learning/development processes to continuously improve performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams as the primary liaison for the North India Hunters team.
- Monitor CRM hygiene and drive process adherence through best practices.
- 2-4 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in marketing automation or SaaS industry.
- Exposure to various industry verticals including but not limited to D2C, E-Commerce, Retail, EdTech, Fintech, Media, Gaming, etc.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement and experience landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Ability to prospect independently and build a funnel/pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and advanced SFDC hygiene and forecasting ability.
- Must have experience carrying a quota of INR 20L+ ARR for at least the last 2 years.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with lead generation and qualification tools such as Sales Navigator, SimilarWeb, Apptopia, etc.
- Experience with developing and executing sales strategies.
