Senior Sales Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Sales Business Development Manager to lead the sales efforts for our clients Digital Learning Platform - Passport, our flagship digital learning solution. This role requires an individual with deep experience in B2B digital sales, a strong understanding of leadership development, and the ability to identify, develop, and close large, complex deals.
This is an opportunity to shape our clients digital transformation and expand the impact of Passport across global markets.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for Passport to meet revenue targets. Focus on identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within target sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and partnerships. Ensure consistent follow-up and relationship-building to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Understand the leadership development needs of prospective clients and position Passport as a solution to address these challenges. Leverage a consultative approach to demonstrate how Passport can drive impact and meet clients' business objectives.
- Develop long-term client relationships that foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business. Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure Passport is delivering value.

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a sales strategy for Passport to meet revenue targets. Focus on identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within target sectors.
Pipeline Development & Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and partnerships. Ensure consistent follow-up and relationship-building to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Consultative Selling: Understand the leadership development needs of prospective clients and position Passport as a solution to address these challenges. Leverage a consultative approach to demonstrate how Passport can drive impact and meet clients' business objectives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise sales, with a focus on digital learning solutions, leadership development, or SaaS products.
- A strong understanding of leadership development and the challenges organizations face in upskilling leaders digitally.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex sales environment. Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
What We Offer
The salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
