**Job Title:** Sales and Business Development Lead
**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Lead to join our team at RR Finance.
**Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Spearhead the sales of Motor, Health, Travel, and other retail insurance products to both B2B and B2C clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• **Channel Development:** Create and manage a robust network of B2B and B2C sales channels.
• Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales and increase market penetration.
• The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have excellent risk management, analytical skills, communication skills, business development, leadership, management, organizational skills, negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, marketing strategy, sales strategy, and team management skills.
