IT Business Development Lead

About the Role
At Affable Tech, we are seeking an accomplished IT Business Development Lead to spearhead our sales efforts. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base, increase sales, and improve market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 1000 enterprises and other major clients.
- Lead a team of sales professionals in both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
- A deep understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement planning, and professional development opportunities.
