The Job

Responsibilities:

  • Generate business leads and close deals for recruitment and finance business consulting services.
  • Handle pre-sales activities, including market research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and online data analysis.
  • Maintain regular communication with potential clients to develop synergy and foster relationships.
  • Prepare and share customized proposals with potential clients according to their requirements.
  • Clarify hiring terms and ensure transparency throughout the process.
  • Lead the activities and operations of the sourcing team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients for future engagement.

The Profile

Desired Candidate:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • Interest in B2B corporate sales.
  • Candidates from the consulting or recruitment industry are preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Proactive and street-smart individual.
  • Ideal candidate is based in Gurgaon.
