Main Responsibilities
  • Gather business requirements for IT systems, integration, and process automation
  • Analyze business needs and collaborate with analysts and architects to define innovative solutions
  • Prepare impact analysis documents, recommendations, and executive briefings
  • Manage dependencies on external systems and coordinate with other IT departments
  • Develop key deliverables throughout project lifecycle, including solution proposals, user acceptance test plans, and dependency matrices
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong data analysis skills and experience writing SQL queries
  • Excellent customer focus, ability to work independently, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of building strong business relationships and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders
Key Requirements

We require:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Telecommunications, or equivalent experience
  • Good understanding of agile methodologies and CSPO certification is a plus
  • Experience with JIRA, TMForum, UML, and Rest API is highly desirable
