Transformation Lead for IT Supply Chain

HCLTech is hiring a Transformation Lead for IT Supply Chain. As a highly skilled professional, you will lead independent transformation projects to help clients in their process transformation journey to meet organizational objectives.
About the RoleYou will adopt a hands-on approach to help clients navigate the rapidly changing business landscape under the influence of digital/ process digitalization, customer centricity & automation & artificial intelligence. Your strong consulting background and expertise will enable you to deliver innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Consulting & Implementation: You will manage independent projects and work closely with small teams. You will be the primary point of contact for client interactions. Develop and execute strategic consulting projects, implementing digital transformation initiatives, business strategy, and operational efficiency.
- Turn data into meaningful insights & transformative solutions. Innovate & improvise processes with hard targets for process improvements. Evaluate process changes feasibility with risk assessment & control definition. Work closely with the client to implement changes.
- Problem Solving: Apply exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address complex challenges. This includes gathering & analyzing information, formulating, testing hypotheses, developing & communicating recommendations.
- Program Management: Independently manage and deliver projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with client goals.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional value. Present results to client management & implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.
- Vendor Management: Good knowledge of IT vendor management frameworks & processes. This includes Contract Management, Performance Management, Financial Management, Transition (into Operations), Continuous Improvement.
- IT Supply Chain Management: Experienced in implementing large-scale transformations in IT supply chains, preferably within large technology or consulting firms.
- Experience: 10-12 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or strategy implementation.
- Skillset: Proven ability to lead complex projects independently, strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of digital technologies and trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business, technology, engineering).
The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
