Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Conektr. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, setting and meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Fluency in Hindi and Malayalam languages.
  • Any graduate degree.
