Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Potential Partners: Conduct market research and build relationships with potential foreign education consultants through networking, cold calling, and prior appointments.

  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with consultants by understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings.

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create effective sales plans, including proposals and presentations, to onboard foreign education consultants.

    ">
  • Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams for seamless integration.

    ">
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to new consultants on our offerings, policies, and procedures.

    ">
  • Student Guidance: Assist students in transferring money for education purposes, guiding them through the process.

    ">
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Exceed sales targets with high motivation and outreach efforts, reaching as many students as possible who are pursuing higher education abroad, and helping them use our portal.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

  • DYNAMIC PERSONALITY: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
