">Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams for seamless integration.
">Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to new consultants on our offerings, policies, and procedures.
">Student Guidance: Assist students in transferring money for education purposes, guiding them through the process.
">Achieve Sales Targets: Exceed sales targets with high motivation and outreach efforts, reaching as many students as possible who are pursuing higher education abroad, and helping them use our portal.

Qualifications and Requirements:
">Experience: 1-2 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
">Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
">Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
">Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
">DYNAMIC PERSONALITY: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
