Senior Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our HiWiPay team in Guwahati. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and onboarding foreign education consultants.
About the Role:- Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead our efforts in Guwahati, Assam. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, specifically in the education sector, and experience working with foreign education consultants.
- Identify Potential Partners: Conduct research and network to identify potential foreign education consultants through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants by understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create effective sales strategies and plans, including proposals and presentations, to onboard foreign education consultants.
- Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams for seamless integration.
- Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to new consultants on our offerings, policies, and procedures.
- Student Guidance: Assist students in transferring money for education purposes, guiding them through the process.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Exceed sales targets with high motivation and outreach efforts, reaching as many students as possible who are pursuing higher education abroad, and helping them use our portal.
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Dynamic Personality: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Guwahati market and surrounding areas is a plus.
