Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the North India region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive business growth, manage sales teams, and build strong relationships with distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute primary sales strategy through market analysis and data sources
  • Increase channel/distribution, MBO & Shop in Shop (SIS) business in North India
  • Coordinate with ASM, sales representatives to generate and meet prospective leads & dealers for product placement & sales
  • Track and report all sales activities & collections
  • Responsible for collection of the region as per TAT
  • Support the learning and development of the sales team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience generating business and maintaining relationships with distributors/agents in apparel trade
  • Territorial experience of working in North India territory and knowledge of distributors, agents and top MBO apparel counters in those markets
  • 15+ years of experience in the Channel/Trade business from Apparel industry particularly menswear
  • Experience managing sales teams
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is ₹25-35 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
