Today, as we continue to evolve and adapt to changing market trends, we are seeking an experienced Senior Territory Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts in North India.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned professional who can develop and execute primary sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and foster strong relationships with distributors and sales teams. If you have a proven track record of success in the Channel/Trade business and a passion for menswear, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Responsibilities- Developing and Executing Primary Sales Strategy: Conduct market analysis, gather data from various sources, and create a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Increasing Channel/Distribution Business: Expand our presence in North India by increasing distribution, MBO & Shop-in-Shop (SIS) business.
- Sales Team Management: Coordinate with ASM and sales representatives to identify potential leads, dealers, and product placement opportunities.
- Tracking and Reporting Sales Activities: Monitor and report all sales activities, collections, and region-specific performance metrics.
- Experience: At least 15+ years of experience in the Channel/Trade business, specifically in menswear, with a strong understanding of distributors, agents, and top MBO apparel counters in North India.
- Territorial Experience: Proven track record of working in North India territory and managing sales teams.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to build strong relationships, and a proven sales acumen.
A competitive salary range of ₹30 lakhs - ₹50 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and career development opportunities.
LocationThis role can be based in either Kanpur or Lucknow, depending on your preference.
