About this Role

We estimate the salary for this role to be ₹1,100,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also enjoy a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including traders, government officials, and other key partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans

Graduate degree in Business Administration or related field, 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in FMCG industries.
