Job Overview
BharateMart (BeM) is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding traders in the assigned territory, driving sales development KPIs, and managing relationships with local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Onboarding traders in the assigned territory
  • Driving sales development KPIs in the region along with your team
  • Managing real relationships with traders, local government, non-Government, and other local stakeholders
Requirements include a strong ability to monitor and drive clear performance objectives, fulfill trader engagement, and develop standard reports for informed analysis. Additionally, experience in implementing sales transformation, sales IT, and capability agendas is necessary as well as building infrastructure and evolving productivity agendas. The estimated salary for this position is around ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
