About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Agriculture Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the agriculture segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product categories to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new product development and improvements in existing offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in fertilizer sales or category management at the zonal/national level.
  • BSc./MSc. in Agriculture; an MBA is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills and vendor management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
