Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to oversee our business development and sales operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, managing distribution channels, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute yearly/quarterly/monthly business plans and track progress
  • Manage distribution channels, including primary and secondary sales, to ensure smooth operations and maximize revenue
  • Lead key account management and growth initiatives to retain existing accounts and drive revenue growth
  • Oversee brand and customer relationship management to enhance customer satisfaction and brand recognition
  • Manage project and team performance to ensure timely completion and optimal output
  • Liaise with stakeholders to launch new products and markets, ensuring timely execution and market penetration
  • Analyze market trends and opportunities to drive market revivals and increase market share
  • Promote the brand through retail and e-commerce partnerships, monitoring revenue generated from listed platforms
