Sales Operations Manager

ACPL Exports Pvt. Ltd., a leading supplier of sterling silver jewelry and finished components, seeks an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead its business development efforts.
Established in 1948, the company has maintained a strong reputation in the industry, exporting silver jewelry to over 37 countries from its 347,000 square feet manufacturing and administrative facilities.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to oversee our business development and sales operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, managing distribution channels, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute yearly/quarterly/monthly business plans and track progress
- Manage distribution channels, including primary and secondary sales, to ensure smooth operations and maximize revenue
- Lead key account management and growth initiatives to retain existing accounts and drive revenue growth
- Oversee brand and customer relationship management to enhance customer satisfaction and brand recognition
- Manage project and team performance to ensure timely completion and optimal output
- Liaise with stakeholders to launch new products and markets, ensuring timely execution and market penetration
- Analyze market trends and opportunities to drive market revivals and increase market share
- Promote the brand through retail and e-commerce partnerships, monitoring revenue generated from listed platforms
- Conduct regular audits to optimize high-value, high-margin SKU contributions and sales processes
- Maintain accurate records of commercial transactions, ensuring error-free transactions and timely report collection
- Develop and implement coaching and training programs to empower employees and improve performance
- Conduct regular reviews of sales teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
