We seek a highly motivated and experienced Center Manager to oversee all aspects of our outlet and drive team success.

Job Overview;
The Center Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day management of activities, staff, and customer interactions at a single outlet. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance customer service, team management, and operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Daily Operations:
• Oversee and manage all activities, equipment, and resources to maintain a smooth operation.
• Ensure effective use of time, resources, and personnel to meet business objectives.

Customer Service Excellence:
• Guarantee every guest has a positive experience by handling any concerns promptly and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of excellent customer service among team members.

Team Management:
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a team of floor staff, including shift supervisors and part-time employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.

Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Drive revenue growth by managing ticket sales, promotions, upselling opportunities, and cross-selling within the center.
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Inventory and Maintenance:
• Oversee stock levels, equipment upkeep, and daily maintenance, coordinating with vendors as necessary to ensure the center is fully operational and visually appealing.
• Implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

Health & Safety Compliance:
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff, adhering to all health and safety regulations, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct regular safety audits to identify areas for improvement.

Event Management:
• Work with marketing teams to plan and execute events, seasonal activities, and special promotions to boost engagement and foot traffic.
• Develop and implement event marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Reporting and Analytics:
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including sales, guest feedback, and staff performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 3+ years of experience in management, ideally within the retail, hospitality, or entertainment sector.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team development, training, and performance management.
• Excellent communication (English) and customer service skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage budgets, handle cash, and monitor sales metrics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours as required.

A competitive salary range of Rs. 60-70k per month, along with yearly bonuses and incentives.
