Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Lucknow and Kanpur divisions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales management and team leadership, as well as strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
  • Identify and address client needs and concerns.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and sales processes.
  • Masters/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that this estimate is based on national averages and may vary based on location and other factors.
