Job Overview:
As a Territory Head for E-Agency at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, you will drive sales growth and manage operations in the Lucknow and Kanpur divisions. You will oversee a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
- Identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and sales processes.

Salary Estimate:
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be ₹8-10 lakhs (approximately $10,500-$13,000 USD), depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive offer considering the location and industry standards.
