About the Job
We seek a Senior Power BI Developer to join our team in Noida. The successful candidate will report to the BI Manager Noida and be responsible for gathering data and reporting requirements from BI Partners, understanding operational needs, and recommending and delivering the best available solution based on available BI tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
- Design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
- Analyze data and present findings through reports that aid decision-making.
- Communicate and collaborate with GBS teams and customers across the globe.
- Format reports in a simplistic, self-explanatory, and visually appealing way.
- Work in improving existing reports and dashboards through continuous improvement, best practices, analytical and strategic thinking, and business intelligence.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in BI reporting and significant experience in Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong experience in data analysis, including statistics background.
- Fluency in verbal and written English language.
- University degree in a related field, such as Information Systems or Business Administration.
